If your computer is running unusually slow, taking forever to load pages and crashing more than normal, you have been attacked by spyware. But don’t worry,  there are many free sypware removal software sites available that offer free downloads that will help you clean out the sypware in minutes.

If you have high-speed Internet service, you are at a higher risk for all sorts of things coming into your computer, and spyware is a big one. You may get free anti spyware protection when you get high speed internet, and if you do, make sure you use it at least once a week to get rid of the spyware and adware that has accumulated on your hard drive. Remember that having spyware removal software on your computer is not all you need to do. You have to make sure you use it. Sometimes it won’t pick everything up immediately, so make sure to run a full scan of your system each week. I found that mine does not detect all the spyware and malware as it comes in, but catches it when I run the full system scan, so be sure to keep up with that check.
